It may well be a scorcher this weekend so get the suncream out and try one of these great events.
Wild food
It is always nice to explore a market in fine weather and maybe treat yourself to some juicy fruits or an ice cream. The Wild food market in Brook Green was set up with the aim of bringing East London creativity to the West End, and there are a lot of funky markets in East London. The market brings together farmers, producers and street food sellers to sell a mix of organic and locally produced food. One for the foodies.
The wild food market, Saturday 11am-3pm, W14 ODT
Tweed Run
Not sure it will be great weather for tweed wearing but this sounds like a lot of fun. A twelve mile cycle around London dressed in your Sunday tweeds. Tickets to ride are sold out but you can line the streets to support the London Cycling Campaign or join them at the end for a knees up in Clerkenwell. Tweeds optional.
Tweed Run, Saturday 10am
