Keep on running
This Sunday is the London marathon. I’ve never had the urge to run a marathon myself but I have a huge amount of respect for all the crazily dressed ‘fun’ runners out there. If you’re not pounding the streets, or lining the streets cheering people on here, are a few things to keep you busy, you’ll probably need to run a marathon with all the foodie events going on this weekend.

Sweet April showers do spring May flowers

The warmer weather brings with it smog and this year it is mixed with sand making the air quality particularly poor.
